We can reopen and make modifications to an order within one year of the original delivery date. To get started on these changes, you will want to log into your account and locate the order you want to modify by going to your “Completed projects” tab.
Click the “view/listen” magnifying glass icon to open the order, then click the “Request Changes to this Project” button.
Clearly write out which messages you want modified on and what the changes are. Once we receive your request, we will reply with a quote for the update.
