On the bottom of the spreadsheet you’ll see two tabs:
Single-Voice Messages - For Basic Announcements, Greetings and Prompts
Column A: Fill out the title of each message - this is what the files will be named after “Finalizing.”
Column B: Fill out your Script content.
Column C: Enter the A.I. Voice Name (create another project and make a message to see available options)
Multi-Voice Messages - For Bilingual Messages & Multi-Voice Messages
Column A: Fill out the title of each message - this is what the files will be named after “Finalizing.”
Column B: Fill out your Script content for the 1st voice.
Column C: Enter the 1st A.I. Voice Name (create another project and make a message to see available options.)
Column D: Fill out your Script content for the 2nd voice.
Column E: Enter the 2nd A.I. Voice Name.
Additional columns can be filled in for more other voices/languages, or alternating voices.
By Default, both Single-Voice Messages, and MultiVoice Message have an example message filled out on one row, which can be overwritten.Important: Upload a Spreadsheet will overwrite existing messages in an A.I. Message Project.
