LOCATE
The Audio Library is a database of all Snap Recordings Voice Over and Studio A.I. Projects, uploads, and connected drives from phone provider integrations. Files are automatically organized by project type, and drive in the convenient sidebar, which can be used to locate files easily.
There is also a search bar above the table where it says “Search for Audio Files.” Simply type in the file name to locate the audio file. On the left side of the search bar, your search will default to the selected folder in the sidebar, however, you can also select “Anywhere” to search across your entire audio library. On the right side of the search bar, you can select the slider icon to select search filters to narrow down your search.
LISTEN & PREVIEW
- First locate the file you’d like to listen to (see above).
- To listen to a file click the play button in the left side of the search results.
- To see an audio file’s script, click the script icon on the right side of the search results.*
*Please note, audio uploads use audio-to-text transcription, and may contain slight inaccuracies.
ORGANIZE
The audio library has easy-to-use tools to organize audio any way you’d like.
FAVORITES - In your search results, click the “star” icon to favorite a file which can be conveniently found in the side bar.
PLAYLISTS - In the sidebar, Click the [+] icon to make a new playlist folder and drag-and-drop audio files from the center panel into this folder. Organize Audio files any way you need, by location, message type, or management group.
DOWNLOAD
- First locate the file you’d like to listen to (see above).
- On the left side of the search results, click the checkbox for any file you would like to download.
- In the the blue panel above the search results, click “Download.”
- In the popup, select the audio format you’d like in the dropdown menu, and click the “download’

INSTALL
If your phone system or contact center has an integration with Snap Recordings, you’ll be able to upload files directly into your phone system, or your provider's cloud storage.*
- To install files directly into your phone system, first you’ll need to set up an integration with your provider. Click here to learn more.
- Locate the file you want to install, and click the checkbox in the left side of the table.
- On the top of the table click “Upload to phone system.”
- Use the drop down menus to select your Upload destination.
- Click the checkbox next to the acknowledgement, and click the “install” button.
