- Scheduling conflicts
- Vacations or temporary absences
- Changes to our roster
Our Support team can confirm a return date and recommend a similar voice if needed.

In the event that your original voice talent is no longer available, we offer the following options:
- Any recordings ordered within the last 6 month we will re-record with another voice talent at no charge.
- Any recordings ordered within the last 12 months, we will re-record at 50% off our list price.
- Any recordings ordered beyond 13+ months will be charged at our most current full list rate.
