Yes, you can add-on music to your greetings.

If you have already received your completed order, please email us with your order ID, along with the following details: your system type (Phone System or Contact Center), your song choice, and the number of messages you wish to add the music to.

If you are still working on your order, you can add music to any message by clicking on "Add" next to the Music option. A pop-up will then appear, prompting you to select your system type—either Phone System or Contact Center. After making your selection, click Continue, and the music library will open, allowing you to choose your preferred music.

Important: When you purchase a background music track you will not be getting the music on its own, it will be blended into the message(s) you have selected a track to play on and come as one file.
