How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscriptions in two ways:
Online: Log into your Snap Recordings account and click on "My Plans and Packages", then select “Cancel Subscription” next to any active subscription.
By Email: Send your cancellation request to Support@snaprecordings.com.
Please note:
Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone or through live chat.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date.
If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for the upcoming subscription period, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.
