We can reopen and make modifications to an order within one year of the original delivery date.
To get started on these changes, you will want to log into your account and locate the order you want to modify by going to your “Completed projects” tab.
Click the “..." and select "View Project" once inside the project you will see the following options at the top of your order, select "Request Changes To This Project"
Please clearly specify the messages you wish to modify and detail the required changes. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a quote for the update.
